We are a Central Florida based comprehensive surveying firm. We use conventional methods to provide our clients quick and accurate turnaround on all projects. Grusenmeyer-Scott specializes in offering total field survey services ranging from residential and commercial surveys to large sectional boundary and topographic surveys. We are proud to be partnered with some of Florida's premier home builders, as well as providing many individuals with their surveying needs.
Services
Boundary Survey
Used to determine property lines and define true property corners of a parcel of land described in a deed. It also indicates the extent of any easements and/or visible encroachments that are furnished or located in the field.
Residential Survey
Used to reveal the exact property dimensions, size and location of the home on the property, as well as any other visible improvements on the land, such as a driveway that may be crossing a property line.
Commercial Survey
Used to confirm the property's size, setbacks, and the improvements' heights and sizes. It will show recorded easements as furnished, access, parking, visible encroachments, and the location of visible utilities. It will also illustrate if the property is located within a flood plain or other flood hazard area.
ALTA Survey
Used to collect and record data from property records as well as physical surveying, to fulfill the needs of title companies during insurance dealings.
Topographic Survey
Used to map and identify the terrain features of a land area.
Elevation Certificate
Used to document information of your property such as the category of the Fema flood zone that the buiding and property are situated in and the finish floor elevation. This document is commonly used for the application of flood insurance.
